Docs · For reviewers
A business you're a customer of uses Bona to collect Stripe-verified reviews — every review is checked against a real, paid transaction before it publishes. You don't need a Bona account, and it takes about a minute.
On the review link the business sent you, enter the invoice number from your receipt or billing email — the full thing, including the part after the dash, for example 51D2AAE2-0027. If the link already had your invoice number built in, this is filled in for you.
Once Bona confirms the invoice is real and paid, it emails a one-time link and a 6-character code to the billing email on file — not a form you can fill in directly, since that's what proves it's actually you. Click the link, or go to bonareviews.com and enter the code together with the invoice number.
The link and code are single-use and expire after 8 hours. If yours has expired, ask the business for a fresh review link.
Pick a star rating and write what you actually think — that's it. Your name and email stay with Stripe; the business only ever sees your rating and words, never who you are.
Your review is verified and on its way to publishing. Once it's up, it stays up — Bona's whole premise is that a business can't quietly remove a review it doesn't like, so what you wrote is what other customers will see.
